Sunnymeade Quality Care Home is a privately run care facility registered with the Care Quality Commission. The beautifully maintained building is situated along the main A386 Plymouth to Tavistock Road, in the residential suburbs of Derriford and just minutes from Derriford hospital.
A truly dedicated team provide 24-hour residential and respite care for up to 40 residents in a comfortable and caring environment, where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence and continue to make decisions about how they wish to live their lives. Sunnyemeade is small enough to offer that genuine homely atmosphere where each resident is treated as part of an extended family. Our team of professionals take the time to get to know each resident, their life story and their family and friends.

Our staff are what makes Sunnymeade Quality Care Home such a special place to live. They create a warm and welcoming home where our residents receive the best in professional care, whilst respecting their dignity and individual needs. Every member of staff responsible for caring for residents at the home holds the minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Our aim is to generate a feeling of warmth and friendship within the home by placing high importance on how we behave towards each other.
